A new comedy about a co-star on a Sci Fi show that was canceled ….. too soon, yet became a cult classic. He was the pilot and his now famous friend was the captain of the series, and has gone on to become a major movie star. This might sound like I’m talking about the Amazing Sci Fi show, Joss Whedon’s “Firefly” but I’m not. The show is “Spectrum”, and the ships pilot was played by Wray Nerely (Alan Tudyk) and the Captain turned movie star is Jack Moore (Nathan Fillion). Wray tours the sci-fi circuit as a guest of conventions, comic book stores, and many pop culture events.
